It's Springtime in Kentucky!

Well, this past weekend was BEAUTIFUL! We had 80-degree weather all weekend. We had fun planting our first "garden" - with tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, and strawberries. We'll see how they turn out and if anything actually grows! It was fun anyway! Our nephew Wesley came over and mowed our lawn (for $10! what a deal!). He had fun playing with Eli after work was done. Eli had fun with his favorite cousin too!

Today is my nephew Ben's 9th birthday!! I can't believe that he's 9 already! Time flies! Ben is such a fun boy so full of life! He's a great big brother to his younger siblings and a great side-kick to his older sister as well! We love you Ben! Hope you have a wonderful birthday!!

Eli decided to take all his books off the shelf and start stacking them as high as he could. He was so intent while stacking them, making sure they sit just right!

The other night, Eli was playing and then all of a sudden laid down on the floor and started snoring! He's such a comedian sometime!!

Today we celebrated our nephew Wesley's birthday. He turned 13!!!! Crazy that he's a teenager now! We went to City BBQ in Hyde Park and it was SO yummy! Gotta love some good BBQ. It was a fun time with family as always. Happy Birthday Wes!!

Fun After Tumbling

Took some pictures of me and Eli after tumbling class last night. He had so much fun! We're looking forward to the next 7 weeks of tumbling!!!

Mr. Potato Head

So, we got Elijah a Mr. Potato Head for his Easter Basket. One of the many things we got him. He LOVES playing with the Mr. Potato Head. The first day he spent over 3 hours playing with him! If I had known he would have loved it so much, I would have gotten it before now!! The best thing is, it was only $6! You can't beat that price for the endless hours of enjoyment he gets!!
