We had a great Resurrection day at our house. It was definitely a packed day, but fun nonetheless. Vince had to work Saturday night, so he got home at 7:30 on Sunday morning and we got ready for church at 9:00 and left at 8:15. He had been up since 1:00 on Saturday afternoon!!! Eli looked all cute in his shirt and sweater vest (of course). The worship music was GREAT! We got home and Vince got about an hour nap in before we had to get up and go to our family's house for lunch. Eli got his Easter basket from us and wanted to play with everything right away! We had a nice meal and then Eli got another Easter basket (his THIRD!!!). Then they did an Easter Egg Hunt for Eli and their niece Emily. Eli did really well and found 7 eggs! Lots of fun! Then we went home and crashed for 3 hour naps!!! It was much needed (especially for Vince). Eli got to play with his new toys after his nap and he was entralled with his Mr. Potato Head. He played with him for over 2 1/2 hours! He was up past 10:00 playing with him last night! All in all, it was a great day and we had a fun time with our family. Here's the pictures from our day.
